駐車場が狭く、出入りがしにくいのは難点かもしれません。
キタムラはTポイントが貯まるし、使えるのがいいですね。大田原や西那須野にも店舗があれば良いのに、と思ってしまいます。

お店の女性がお客様応対してくれましたが、事務的で笑顔と優しさが欠けていると感じました。去年は男性店員が懇切丁寧に対応してくれました。やはり客商売は「懇切丁寧」が大事だと思います。
