★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 即日修理ができるか問い合わせたら「本日は予約がいっぱい」とのこと。
目の前で開いているPCの画面には予約可能時間が表示されていたためボタンを押したら予約が取れた。
嘘をついてまで修理をしたがらない最低のお店だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhone12の音声がおかしくてこちらの方で最終的に対応して新品交換頂きました。
経緯ですが新品購入して3日目から音声がおかしくなり、アップサポートの方と6日かけて6人位の担当とやりとした経緯がありました。
明らかな初期不良品なのに対応に不満を感じました。
パソコンでリモートサポート対応途中でぶつ切り退出し通話中の電話も放置したのには悪意を感じて最悪でした。
そんな胸糞悪い中、こちらの店舗の松崎さんが担当でした。神対応でした。
とてもテキパキとしていて無駄なくスムーズな対応、気を遣って頂き感謝でした。
接客の技術に好意を持ちました。
Google店舗評価低いみたいですがこういう方が店舗にいれば安心だと思います。
また何かあった時はお願いしたいです。

iPhone(6s)のバッテリー交換をお願いしたのですが、事前にきちんとバッテリー交換の注意や本体を預かる上でのリスク説明をしてくれました。
精密機器のため、バッテリー交換時に機械を使い本体を開ける際、本体が破損することもあるそうです。
バックアップは取ってますか？パソコンで取ってますか？等と注意深く聞いて頂きました。
きちんと店員さんと意思疎通の取れた会話ができ、コロナ禍においての予約制で安心して修理を受けることができました。
修理担当の店員さんが素晴らしく手際がよく、説明が丁寧でわかりやすく、待ち時間も少なく済みました。
バッテリー交換をして頂き気持ちよく新年迎えられそうです。

その日のうちにiPhoneを持っていったけどかなり忙しそうだった。お待ちくださいと言われ、見てくれるんかと思って待ってたけど「今日は予約がたくさんなので、見ることも難しいです。予約してください」と言われ「じゃあ予約します」と言ったら、「ネットか電話で予約してください」店の前まで来てるのに？！？！
肝心なiPhoneは使えないのに！家に電話もないし、家族もいないし！
どうしようどうしようと思いながら、事情をドコモに話したら電話を貸してくれてそこで電話予約しました。さっき対応してくれた同じ方が出ました、あれはなんだったんだ？
iPhoneは基盤がショートしたらしく後日無料で交換していただきました

下側のマイク部分に埃が溜まっており、これが原因で直すのにディスプレイ交換2万円とのこと。
いやいや、耳に当てて聞く部分は違いますよね？と問いただすと、こちらも埃が溜まっていますと。。。他に原因はありますか？と言っても無いの一点張り。
アップル側はアプリの何かしらの問題の可能性有と聞いていたのですが。。。
わざわざ店まで行ってこの対応で即終了。
自分なりに外側から掃除をしたけど改善せず。
そもそも、同じ現象で新しい携帯に保証で替えてもらったのに、また同じ現象のまま我慢して使っていたので違う理由だと思うのですが。。。
以前もこちらに相談したところ対応が悪く、今回も気が進まなかったけど同じでしたね。。。
Appleもよくこんなお店を使っているな。。。という印象しかないです。
