★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客があまりにも酷い。お客スルーに高圧的態度、その上仕事も遅い。二度と利用したくないし、他の人にも勧められない。もっと良い町の自転車屋は沢山あります。
 The customer service is too terrible. High-pressure attitude toward customer through, and work is slow. I don't want to use it again and I can't recommend it to anyone else. There are many bike shops in a better town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的にはこちらが言う最小限の修理で値段を安くしてくれるし、「このままだとこうなるかもしれないので気をつけて下さい」と助言までしてくれる。時間がかかるのは混み具合を客が分かってないだけだと思う。
いつも利用させていただいてます。
