全く好みの問題なのですが、日本的主流の、「ふんわり」「しっとり」「やわらか」なパンがどうにも好きでなく、ヨーロッパ風の歯応えしっかりの主食(主役)パンをずっと求めてまして。まさか駅前の小さなお店で見つかるとは、まさに灯台もと暗し！という驚きです。
外側はちょっと固すぎるくらいにしっかり&パリッと、けれども内側はパサパサするどころかしっとり目、でもどこを噛み締めても歯応え気持ちよく、麦のかおりもよく。
好みストライク過ぎて、つい食べ過ぎてしまうので毎日買いに行きたい気持ちを抑えるのが辛いです。
あと、食パン買ったときに、色がつきすぎちゃった(＝焼きすぎた？)のでちょっとお安くしますねーって言って頂いたのですが、帰宅してから見てみたところ、いえ全然大丈夫ですから！むしろいい柴犬色でしたから！ちゃんと払わせてください！と申し上げたい(笑)

It's a matter of taste, but I don't really like the "fluffy," "moist," and "soft" breads that are the mainstream in Japan, and I've always been looking for a European-style staple food (leading role) bread. No way to find it in a small shop in front of the station, the lighthouse is dark! It is a surprise.
The outside is a little too hard and crispy, but the inside is moist rather than dry, but it feels crunchy no matter where you chew, and the scent of wheat is also good.
It's hard to suppress the desire to go shopping every day because I eat too much because I like it too much.
Also, when I bought the bread, it was too colored (= overcooked?), So I was told that it would be a little cheaper, but when I got home, I saw it, but it's okay at all. So! It was rather a nice Shiba Inu color! Let me pay for it! I want to say (laughs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハード系もソフト系も食パンも全部本当に美味しいです！！パンが好きなので都内の人気店のもよく食べますが、負けず劣らず。このクオリティを良心的な価格で味わえるなんて有り難いです(^^)夕方にはいつも売り切れるくらい人気で、店内は小さいですがいつもお客さんがいます。店員さんも雰囲気のいい方ばかりです！これからも通わせてもらいます(^^)
Hard, soft and bread are all really delicious! !! I like bread, so I often eat it at popular restaurants in Tokyo, but it's no less. I am grateful that you can enjoy this quality at a reasonable price (^^) It is so popular that it always sells out in the evening, and although the store is small, there are always customers. All the staff have a nice atmosphere! I will continue to attend (^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧中山道をサイクリングしていて北本駅前交差点で信号待ちをしていて見かけたパン屋さん。こじんまりとしたパン屋さんですが色々とパンの種類も多く、値段もお手頃。試しにショコラ（他の店のパンヲショコラ）160円、パンヲフロマージュ190円などを購入。ショコラはとってもふっくらとしていておいしいし、パンヲフロマージュはケーキ屋さんのデザートみたいな感じで珈琲のお供に、よいおやつになりました。
A bakery I saw while cycling on the old Nakasendo and waiting for a traffic light at the intersection in front of Kitamoto Station. Although it is a small bakery, there are many types of bread and the price is reasonable. I bought chocolate (bread au chocolat from other stores) 160 yen, bread au fromage 190 yen, etc. as a trial. The chocolate is very plump and delicious, and the bread fromage is like a dessert at a cake shop and has become a good snack to accompany coffee.
