ただし、営業が少ししつこく感じられた。
営業の仕事と言われれば、分からないではないが、購入する気が失せた。

Always go to the store. Nets are all about buying new cars, checking and changing oil. Clean and nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日 オイル交換などを頼もうと思ってお電話したら｢そちらの車種ですとネッツ店ではなく…｣と鼻で笑われ、説明されました。この車で今まで何度も入庫してるのに…。ずっとお気に入りで利用させて頂いていましたが、今後2度と伺うことはありませんし、オススメももちろんできません。たった1人のスタッフの方のお電話の応対でこのようになってしまい非常に残念です。
The other day, when I asked to change the oil, I called and said, "It's not a Nets store for that model ..." I've been in the car many times with this car ... I have been using it as a favorite for a long time, but I will never ask again in the future, and of course I can not recommend it. It is very disappointing that this happened due to the telephone reception of only one staff member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買う前提で下取りも含めた金額を出してくれと言ったのに下取り価格を入れない金額を出して値引きは出来ないなどと言われた。
見積書出すのに1時間以上も掛かるし意味不明なので見積書は一応貰ったがその日にごみ箱へ捨てました。
トヨタ以外のディーラーで見積出したら下取りと値引きを含めた金額を即提示してくれたのでそこで即決しました。
もうトヨタには関わりたくないので丁度良かったと自分では考えています。
I was asked to pay the amount including trade-in on the premise of buying, but I was told that I could not discount by paying the amount without the trade-in price.
It took more than an hour to get a quote, and it didn't make sense, so I got a quote, but I threw it in the trash on that day.
When I quoted it at a dealer other than Toyota, he immediately offered me the amount including trade-in and discount, so I decided immediately there.
I don't want to get involved with Toyota anymore, so I think it was just right.

来場するなり、店長様のお出迎えとスタッフ様全員で次々と挨拶して下さって、まるで自分がVIPだと勘違いしてしまう程でした（笑）
トヨタではない車両を購入したのですが担当スタッフ様の勉強熱心さには感心致しました。
先日、納車から１ヵ月という事で点検に行きましたが整備士様まで丁寧な対応、コミュニケーションしっかりされてて完璧ですね！
こうなると最早、『店員』というよりは『コンシェルジュ』の域ですね、まさに素晴らしいの一言。
本当にありがとうございました。

I bought a vehicle that is not Toyota, but I was impressed by the enthusiasm of the staff in charge of studying.
The other day, I went to the inspection one month after the car was delivered, but the mechanic was polite and the communication was solid, so it was perfect!
When this happens, it's more of a "concierge" than a "clerk", which is just a wonderful word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ふと立ち寄ったこのお店で、接客に感心した。みんな対応が良かったが、（□3□4）さんという方の対応に驚いた。他の方の口コミにあった「店員というより、コンシェルジの域」というコメントがまさに的確。質問に的確に答え、私の曖昧な疑問は調べてくれる。押売はせず客の要望をまとめてくれる感じ。本当によく勉強しているのだと思う。トヨタディーラーの桁外れのレベルを体感した
