★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な予約の電話も親身に聞いて下さり、到着後少し待っていただく状況になってしまいましたが、気にしないでいいですよと笑顔で乗せていただきすごくいい方でした。
また利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中、人手が足りなさそうなのはわかりますがいくらなんでも待たせすぎ。というか、配車させる気がないのかな？と思えるほど。配車係の人も疲れてるのやら、やる気がないのやら。夜中は他のタクシーを頼んだほうが良いと思います。
At night, you know you're running out of hands, but you're waiting too much. Or rather, don't you want to make a ride? I think so. The dispatcher is tired and not motivated. I think it's better to ask for another taxi in the middle of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡のタクシーは多々ありますが、旭さんはいい意味で癖の強い人が多いので重宝してます。皆、話しかけると楽しそうに話してくれるのでいつも楽しませてもらってます。
There are many taxis in Nagaoka, but Mr. Asahi is useful because there are many strong people in a good sense. Everybody talks happily and talks so I always have fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米谷さんという人に乗せていただいたところ道を間違えたのにも関わらずメーターも止めずいつもより1000円ほど多い額を請求されました。
そして謝罪もなく会計を済まされ帰られました。
正直にこの対応はどうかと思います。
とても腹立たしい気持ちになりました。
When I got on a person named Mr. Yoneya, I made a mistake, but I didn't stop the meter and was charged about 1000 yen more than usual.
And I was able to finish the accounting without apology and went home.
To be honest, I wonder how this is done.
I felt very annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に二種免許を持っているの？って運転手がいます。交通ルールを守れない時点で普通免許も持っていない可能性もある？本当に迷惑な運転手がいる。
※片側二車線の道路で右折をしようと赤信号で待っていたところ信号が変わった瞬間、自分の後ろにいたこのタクシー会社の車が自分の車を右側から追い越して右折していきました。
この件について、この会社のお客様相談にメールしましたが、全く返事はありませんでした。
この様な苦情については返信しないようですね。
こんな運転手を雇っている会社、どうしょもないですね。
Do you really have a dual license? There is a driver. Is it possible that you do not have a regular license when you cannot follow the traffic rules? There are really annoying drivers.
* When I was waiting for a red light on a two-lane road and the signal changed, the taxi company's car behind me overtook my car from the right and turned right.
I emailed the company's customer consultation about this matter, but there was no reply.
I don't seem to reply to such complaints.
There is no company that employs such a driver.
