接客業なのに綺麗な言葉を使うことができないのは残念ですね
I stayed there the other day, but it seemed that a male employee had the worst attitude and was selling fights.
It's a pity that I can't use beautiful words even though I'm in the hospitality business.

There is a high-soft resort feeling in Kitakaruizawa. The hotel restaurant also has good manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は四人部屋？上下２つのお部屋にベットが４つある部屋でした。
二人なので広すぎて困りました（笑）
いつもゴルフのときに泊まらせてもらってますが対応もお部屋の綺麗さも満足してます。
また利用させていただきたいです
Is this a quadruple room? It was a room with 4 beds in 2 rooms above and below.
I was in trouble because they were too wide (laughs)
I always stay overnight when playing golf, but I am satisfied with the correspondence and the cleanliness of the room.
I would like to use it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゴルフ場併設のホテルですがリニューアルしてまだあまりたってないのか綺麗で快適なお部屋でした。ただ壁が薄いのか隣の扉を開ける音などが結構聞こえました。
レストランはレベルが高くイタリアン＆フレンチのSerenadeは地元の食材を使った創作料理で雰囲気もよくとても良かったです。ワインの品揃えも豊富でソムリエがワインの説明をしてくれました。その分お値段はお高めですが客層がリッチな人や法人利用が多いからなのかなと思います。
The hotel has a golf course, but it was a beautiful and comfortable room, probably because it hasn't been renewed yet. However, I could hear the sound of opening the next door, probably because the wall was thin.
The restaurant is of a high standard and the Italian & French Serenade is a creative dish using local ingredients and the atmosphere is very good. There is a wide selection of wines, and the sommelier explained the wines. The price is higher by that amount, but I think it is because there are many people with a rich customer base and corporate use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GoToで安く泊まれた、部屋は広くて快適だった。夕食の無いプランだが朝食付きでバイキングは中々良かった。
We stayed cheaply at GoTo, the room was large and comfortable. It was a plan without dinner, but the buffet was good with breakfast included.
