y	you s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下にあるので仕方ないのですが、とにかくなにより換気が悪いです。店頭に食品サンプルがあったから、柔らかい焼きそばを注文しました。見た目おいしそうでしたが、麺は油で香ばしさをだしたわけでもないのに油に浸かってギトギト、味付けもよく分からなかったです。価格帯だけは、港区でした。どうやら定食を頼むのが正解の店だったようです。 It can't be helped because it's underground, but the ventilation is bad anyway. U	Una mitsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムにお伺いしました。地下にお店がありますが、階段入口店頭にサンプルが置いてあり入り口はすぐに見つかりました。大きいテーブルが8席、4人掛けのテーブルが4卓あります。こじんまりとしたお店です。「細切り牛肉とたっぷりキャベツ」の定食を食べました。青椒肉絲の肉絲のみのモノをたっぷり山盛りの千切りキャベツに掛けたもので、よく絡めて食べるとキャベツの甘みと濃い味の肉絲が混ざってとても美味しいです。定食のライスは多めで満足できます。付け合せのザーサイは塩抜きがされていつつも味は濃くご飯にピッタリです。スープは単なる醤油味ではなくシッカリと味わいがあり、とても良いです。私は頼んではいませんが、固焼きそばもボリュームも立体的な多さががあり、次に食べる楽しみが増えました。外苑前駅出口そばで地下にあり景色は楽しめませんが、味は問題ありません。私は何回か通いたいと思います。 I visited at lunch time. 矢	矢吹純 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外苑前駅の秩父宮ラグビー場に1番近い出口から出ると、すぐ目の前に現れる中華屋さん福新楼さんにランチタイムで訪問しました。少し前の土曜に来訪した際は、突然のイレギュラーなお休み日にぶち当たってしまい、気になっていたので、今回ある意味リベンジでの訪問でした。地下に降りると、目の前に飛び込んでくるのは厨房エリア。お店のスペースは、右サイドの扉を開いた空間。テーブル席とお一人様が座る用のロングテーブルが配置。 webで拝見していた、ここ福新楼の名物らしい細切り牛肉と豚肉たっぷりキャベツランチを即オーダー。パンダがモチーフなんですね。ナプキンやお皿にパンダがプリントされています。目の前に現れた細切り牛肉とたっぷりキャベツはネーミング通り、お皿にこれでもか！というキャベツが敷き詰められ、その上に誰に絡めた牛肉の細切りがドカンと盛り付けられています。スープにライス、搾菜がセットで付いて1,080円は、お得プライスではないでしょうか？牛肉の味付けは甘口スタイル。キャベツのシャキシャキの食感との食べ合わせがクセになる。細切り牛肉→キャベツ→ライスのある意味永遠のループが続く感じ！コテコテのザ・中華！って感じが、また気軽に食べれて良いんでしょうね！食べ始めると最後まで一気に駆け抜けてしまう感じ！甘口の味付けですが、スープが胡椒のパンチが効いた味わいなんで食べ合わせのバランスが絶妙なんですよね。平日のランチタイムはサラリーマンの聖地になってそうなイメージなんで、ピークを外した時間帯、もしくは土日にお邪魔したいなと思います。 We went to Chichibunomiya Rugby Field at Gaienmae Station from the nearest exit and visited Chinese restaurant Fukushinro at lunch time, which appeared right before our eyes.
