★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビ朝日の「モーニングショー」のコーナー、「継ぐ女神」でここを継いで杜氏になるべく修業中の娘さんが紹介されてましたね。宇賀なつみアナウンサーがこの蔵を訪れていた。ミーハーですがあれから店頭でここの酒「喜楽長」を見かけると、たまに購入しています。割と力強いお酒です。

社長さんは とても優しい方です お酒にも 造り手の 気持ちが 宿っています。

この日本酒は口に入るとフルーティーな感じがしつつも日本酒の香りとまろやかさが合わさった感じがします。フルーティーな日本酒は飲みやすいですが日本酒らしさがなく飽きてしまいます。そこまでのフルーティーさはなく、日本酒のコクとまろやかさがうまく合わさっている感じがしました。口に入ってから日本酒の独特の強い香りが立ち込めるということもなく後味もスッキリし呑みやすいです。
残念なところはなし。しかしこれ以上の日本酒がある時を見込んで星が4つです。
Kirakucho Shinbashiri I bought a new sake.
When you put this sake in your mouth, it feels fruity, but the aroma and mellowness of the sake are combined. Fruity sake is easy to drink, but it doesn't look like sake and you get tired of it. It wasn't as fruity as that, and I felt that the richness and mellowness of sake were well combined. The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to swallow without the strong aroma of sake coming into your mouth.
There is nothing unfortunate. However, there are four stars in anticipation of more sake.
