★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨なんうどんを食べました。少し甘めのお汁でした。うどんは腰があり美味しく、焼きネギと鴨も美味しかったです。

鴨せいろを注文しました｡
蕎麦は美味しくつけ汁もちょうどいい濃さで満足でした｡
ただ鴨のクセが強くレバーみたいな味が?
鴨の風味というレベルじゃなくて多分下処理がちゃんとできてなかったのかと…
蕎麦が美味しかっただけにすごく残念でした｡

I ordered a duck color.
The buckwheat was delicious and the soup was just right.
However, the duck's habit is strong and tastes like a liver.
I guess it was not the level of duck flavor, but maybe the preparation was not done properly ...
I was very disappointed because the soba was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざるそばを食べました。蕎麦は腰がありとっても美味しく、天婦羅は衣がほどよくカラッと揚がり美味しいです。お茶は、蕎麦茶で香りが良くお代わりしました?

ざるそば@750円.連れ合いは天丼セット@1380円を注文。
手打ちの蕎麦はかなりの量でした。
太さが若干まちまちなので茹で加減にムラが
有ったのが残念でしたが美味しく頂きました。
天丼も少し貰いましたが味、量共に満足。
腹一杯食べて欲しいと言う店の気持ちが
感じられた良店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつ丼や天丼のセット、味は悪くないけどボリュームがありすぎるので、少し値を下げて少なめのメニューがあるとなお良い。
ランチ時、けっこうな頻度で飲酒運転する客(男性二人組)を見かけるのだが、佐原の民度が知れるので止めてほしい。
Katsudon and Tendon set, the taste is not bad, but the volume is too large, so it is better to lower the price a little and have a smaller menu.

鴨汁の味は丁度良く鴨肉は臭みもなく柔らかく美味しいですね！蕎麦がちょっとコシが弱かったかな！ご馳走さまでした！
冷やし適度水切り適度コシは若干弱めつゆはまずまず、美味しくいただきました！

注文してから到着するまで早くていい感じです。
店員さん達の雰囲気も柔らかくて温かい感じでした。
天ざるそばを注文
蕎麦は太めのコシがしっかりしたタイプで、冷たすぎないのは香りのためでしょうか。
美味しい二八蕎麦でした。
つゆは出汁がしっかり効いた辛めで塩味は抑えているところが良かったです。
天ぷらは大好きな軽めのサクサク衣で、油臭さがなくとても美味しかったです。
もし、可能なら蕎麦も天ぷらも美味しいので、塩が置いてあるといいですね。
癖のない雪塩や個人的に好きなゲランドがあったら嬉しいなと思いました。
