小	小川沙奏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階にあるカフェでランチを頂きました。麹の優しい味付けにほっこりしました。鮭や漬物が味が濃いめでしたが雑穀米？のご飯と合いました。土日で団体客もいて賑わってましたが、店内は雰囲気もよかったです。 I had lunch at the cafe on the 2nd floor. I was relaxed by the gentle seasoning of Jiuqu. The taste of salmon and pickles was strong, but is it millet rice? It went well with the rice. It was crowded with group customers on Saturdays and Sundays, but the atmosphere inside the store was good.
R	R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨ではワイナリーと比べて大幅に少ない日本酒蔵の一つ。 567と書いてMIROKUと読む銘柄があり、コロナに因んでいてなにか因縁を感じます（そういえば弥勒菩薩は56億7000万年後で567でしたねｗ）。櫂という銘柄が日本酒度30の超辛口でものすごい切れ味です。公共交通機関では行きづらい場所ですが、石和温泉、塩山温泉で自転車をレンタルするとちょうど良い距離にあります。 One of the few Japanese sake breweries in Yamanashi compared to wineries. There is a brand that reads 567 and reads MIROKU, and I feel something related to Corona (by the way, Maitreya Bodhisattva was 567 after 5.67 billion years w). The brand called Oar has a great sharpness even in a super dry sake with a sake degree of 30. It is a difficult place to reach by public transportation, but if you rent a bicycle at Ishiwa Onsen and Shioyama Onsen, it is just the right distance.
a	aaron meldahl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This brewery has a cafe on the second floor. It is small and has a limited selection of 5 varieties of sake that you can get a flight of. However, some may be out depending on when you go, like when I went in mid-November before new brewing was finished and there were only 3 left. The cafe is nice and cozy, great food and atmosphere though most seating is on the floor. Turns into a restaurant at night.
