広島でしか、あまり出されないコウネという部位が食べれるお店。 味は脂身が多くてバラ肉って感じ。

広島の薬研堀で昼前から遊んだ後に、お腹が減ったので以前から行列が出来てて気になっていた「とみや本館」さんへ足を運ぶことにしました。 何やら、メンチカツが有名だそうで、精肉店さんのお店という事で期待にお腹を空かせながら向かいます。 土曜日のお昼という事もあり、行列が出来てましたが、私は一人だったので待ち時間が20分足らずで入ることができました。 待ち時間中にオーダーも通してて抜かりない感じです。 店内は厨房3人にホール3人でそれぞれが連携取れていて見ていて気持ちが良いくらいでした。 客席はカウンターが5席に2人から4人席が5卓、奥には座敷があり、そちらは見ることが無かったのですが、3卓くらいはありそうです。 今回座ったのはカウンターで、目の前が鉄板があり、ライブ感があって来るまでの時間は暇をしませんでした。 席についてからは10分程度で頼んだ「ステーキとメンチカツ定食」が来ました。 ステーキはミディアムレアで焼き加減が良く、タレはこの肉と合うあまじょっぱい感じでご飯が進みます。 メンチカツの方は、さすがの元祖と言わんばかりのギチギチ系メンチカツでした。 ご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり無料で頂けますので、ガッツリ食べたい方にもオススメです。

There are 5 counter seats, 5 seats for 2 to 4 people, and a tatami room in the back, which I didn't see, but it seems that there are about 3 seats. I sat at the counter this time, and there was an iron plate in front of me, so I didn't have time to get a live feeling. About 10 minutes from the seat, the "steak and minced meat cutlet set meal" that I ordered came. The steak is medium rare and cooked well, and the sauce goes well with this meat. The Menchi-katsu was a squeaky-type Menchi-katsu that was just like the originator. Rice and miso soup are free of charge, so it is recommended for those who want to eat a lot.

2021/10 ややリアルな「黒毛牛」オブジェが目じるし。 こちらは精肉店が営む肉料理店です。 その為、良質なお肉をリーズナブルに提供されると評判。 それだけでもお得感満載と言えます。 ランチタイムには平日でも行列ができることもあります。 店舗前にメニュー板があります。 今回訪問した時は平日の昼前にもかかわらず、2組並んでおりました。 この待ち時間にも店員さんが手持ちのメニューをくださり、あらかじめオーダーできます。 入店後、できるだけ早く提供してもらえますね。 本日は❝モーモー鉄板定食 並盛り¥980❞をいただきました。 ぱっと見、数種の野菜が多く見えますがこの下にお肉が盛り盛り!! 食べ進んでいくと 「もしかして大盛りと間違われたんじゃないか?」 と思ってしまいます。 甘辛く調理された牛バラ肉は柔らかく、野菜はシャッキリ。 ごはんが進む進む、んでスープ(お味噌汁)も一緒におかわり自由です(^^) 店内の席はカウンターにテーブル、掘りごたつ式の座敷と数は多く、お一人様から多人数まで対応可です。 ランチメニューは絞られますが、肉料理店としては回転がとても早く、並んでも苦になりません。 動きに無駄がないスタッフの皆さん、レベル高いです(^^) 支払いはPayPay使用可です。

お肉屋さんがやる、鉄板焼きで肉を出す、とみや本館に行って来ました。オープン少し前に到着で、3組目。オーダーを聞かれたあとすぐにオープンで、案内されました。カウンターの目の前で手際良く肉を焼きカットする様子を見て料理がくるのを待ちました。ほどなくサラダ、その後鉄板に乗ったハンバーグとカットステーキがやって来ました!ご飯、お味噌汁はお代わりできます。ハンバーグにはドミソース、ステーキにはやや濃いめのソースがかけられていて、熱々をお箸で食べるスタイルです。何にしても目の前で調理され出来立て熱々を食べるのは最高ですね!お肉はヒレ(サイドストラップ)だと思われます。非常に柔らかいお肉でした。活気もあって繁盛されているのがよくわかります。 ご馳走様でした。ありがとうございます。

Anyway, it's great to eat freshly cooked hot food right in front of you! The meat seems to be fins (side straps). It was very tender meat. You can see that it is lively and prosperous. Really great place - we tried the first combo (beef and cabbage) and the second (steak) - both were fantastic. The also give you a small salad, soup, and rice and a pitcher of water. They are very friendly and even spoke a little bit of English. Highly recommend!

We call this place "Big Cow", so that it is not confused with the related, but different, "Little Cow" restaurant on the same block. Look for the large cow statue out front, faithfully guarding the display case of meat. I went with a group of 3. We got the sukiyaki and the garlic rice. They bring a burner to your grill and get you set up with the first couple of rounds of food, and then leave you to your own devices. Total cost was 3500 yen per person, including several rounds of beers, sukiyaki, and garlic rice. Get the garlic rice.

We had no réservation thus we sat right at the cou where the food are being prepared. Staff can't speak English and there's no English menu. So, we looked at what is being cooked and guessed the rest. Hahaha. The meal turns out to be great! We had some sort of fried rice with beef and two portions of steaks (honestly don't know which part of the cow) but they all taste great! Great experience! Place is full!
