★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンしたばかりでとても清潔感に溢れた道場です。親子と一緒に稽古が受けれるクラスがあるとの事で、幼稚園生の息子と一緒に入門。
極真はとても怖いイメージがあったのですが、入ってみるとそのイメージは一変。紳士淑女の方々ばかり。稽古の雰囲気はとても和やかな雰囲気で締めるところは締める、といった感じでメリハリをつけられています。元々、物怖じしやすい息子でしたが稽古に出るたびに少しずつ自分に自信がついてきているようで、これからの成長が楽しみです。色んな世代、色んな業種の方々との出会いがあり親子共々いい刺激をもらっています。
入門して大正解だったと日々稽古に励んでいます！

自分の時間が作れず50歳手前まできてしまいました。
やはり習いたいと言う気持ちが強くなり
極真空手に入門しました。
年齢的に不安は有りましたが先輩方が
レベルに合わせた稽古をつけてくれるので充実した日々を送っています。
健康維持、ダイエットなどにも非常に良いと思います。
