た	たう太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年12月19日のランチで訪問しました。ホールを中年男性の店員さんがひとりで回しており、開店してもいつまでも待たされ、対応が全然追いついていない感じでした。席につくと、開店したばかりでまだ誰も使っていないフライヤーの中のオイルは濁っており、具材の取皿は汚れがこびりついて落ちておらず、隣席との境にある感染症予防のビニールシートは拭いていないように思いました。隣席のシートには串揚げの衣がこびりついて（時間帯から考えて前日のもの）、取皿を取ったときに小さな虫もついてました。店自体は広くて、パット見キレイに見えますが、そうでもなく、あまりいい気はしませんでした。 I visited for lunch on December 19, 2021. H	Hayato-no-Kaze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あらかじめ串に刺してある好きな食材を自分で選んで、テーブルで自分で溶き粉とパン粉をつけて揚げるスタイル。牛、豚、鶏肉や野菜など種類は豊富。ソースも自分専用でつけるので何度でもつけられます。串揚げの他にもサラダバーやごはん、カレー、デザートもあり。チェーンの人気店のようで、人手が足りてないのかドリンクバーの烏龍茶がいつまで経っても補充されませんでした。揚げ物なので当たり前ですが食べすぎによる胃もたれに注意。油はいつ変えたのか分からないような感じなのでお腹の弱い人はやめた方がいいかも。安いので若い人が多い感じです。まあそれなりの質なので価格は妥当だと思います。 A style in which you choose your favorite ingredients that have been skewered in advance, and then add the flour and bread crumbs to the table and fry them. That's why we like going to yakiniku, shabu shabu, etc. That being said, trying our hand at deep frying our own food is certainly something we shall not try again. The process aside, it is dirty here. The staff clear each table between sittings, but we have not seen the oil changed. The trolleys to clear the table look like they've been in a food fight - a century ago - and I'm surprised that they were not covered in cockroaches. Perhaps they don't like the food either.
