イオンモールの中にあるので曜日や時間帯や季節のイベント等は、混む場合もあります。
ケンタッキー専用のイートインスペースもあるためそこは良い点だと思います。
お持ち帰りは、混み時間によります。(レシートに引き換え番号記載)。
鳥の部位は店員の方にあらかじめ言えばその通りに入れて貰えると思います。(立証済み)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ au payのポイントアップをやっていました。お店は過ごしやすく、美味しく食べられました。(チキンポットパイのセットを注文。チキンポットパイ、サイズが小さくなったけど、その分お手頃価格になった印象。そして味はアップしたように感じた。 )
I was doing point up for au pay. The shop was easy to spend and was delicious. (I ordered a set of chicken pot pie. The size of the chicken pot pie was smaller, but the price was reasonable. And I felt that the taste was improved. )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文しても商品来なく、商品待ち&レジ待ちの大渋滞。文句も言いたいが、ただ、このレベルのフードコートで調理1名とレジ2名でのやりくりは酷でスタッフが可哀想になる。
Even if I ordered, the product did not come, and there was a heavy traffic jam waiting for the product and the cash register. I would like to complain, but at this level of food court, it is terrible for one cook and two cashiers to manage, and the staff feels sorry.

イオンのフードコートの中にありますがドリンクバーがあるのが特徴です。子供は単品100円、大人はたしか300円くらい。ケンタッキー専用の座席もあるのでゆっくりしたいときはオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジが２台しかないので、多少並びます。土日は特に。店員さん達の対応は良いです。和風カツサンドが大好き！食べ飽きません。月見も美味しかったですが、今回のトリュフ香る～は、ソースがあと1.5倍欲しい感じですね。
Since there are only two cash registers, they will line up a little. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays. The correspondence of the clerk is good. I love Japanese style cutlet sandwiches! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品を頼み1時間ほど待たされたのにも関わらず、作っていないという仕打ち。他のお客さんも何回も注文を間違われていたのが多く見られた。
レジ担当が無能過ぎて厨房に伝達できてないせいかと思います。特に「落〇」という名前のバイトの女がやばい。今頼んだものを1分後には忘れている。人間だから間違いはあるけれど、そちら側も仕事ならもっと丁寧にして頂きたい。身分が上の方々は楽な仕事ばかりしないで指導という仕事をやり直していただきたく思う。
Even though I asked for a product and waited for about an hour, I did not make it. It was often seen that other customers also made mistakes in their orders many times.
I think it's because the cashier is too incompetent to communicate to the kitchen. Especially, the woman with a part-time job named "Ochio" is terrible. I forgot what I ordered now in a minute. Since I am a human being, there are mistakes, but I would like you to be more polite on that side as well. I would like people with higher status to redo the job of teaching instead of just doing easy work.
