素人にもわかるように丁寧に説明していただき安心しました。
まぶたが腫れたので受診したいと電話したところ、コンタクトレンズの処方が専門なので、より詳しい検査が必要な場合には他の医療機関をお勧めする場合もあります。と事前に説明して下さいました。
土日祝も診てくれ大変ありがたいです。
他の方のコメント見ましたが、見た目で不愉快に感じるようであれば他の所に行くといいと思います。

コロナが流行っている中で、他人も使ったであろうシャーレに自分のコンタクトレンズを外して入れさせ、検査終了後にそれを再度付けろと強要してきます。
「シャーレは消毒してるんで！」とずっと主張しており、
粘膜からコロナウイルスに罹患すると聞くので、費用が掛かっても良いので新しいものを装用させて下さいと申し出ても消毒してるんで！の一点張りでした。
シャーレを消毒することで罹患を防げるという主張のエビデンス、また、目の粘膜からの感染力がどれだけ強いかはわかりませんが、私はリスクが恐ろしいのでこちらを受診するのは控えたいと考えました。

前回受付の若くてとても可愛らしい女性の方が親切丁寧で気持ちの良い対応をして下さいました。
皆さんに感じが良いので自然とこちらも笑顔になります。
それもあり今回もこちらでお世話になりました。
受付の方は違う方でしたがこの方も丁寧に対応して下さり、検査にあたった男性の方も親切で、こちらの質問に目を大事にする答えを返して下さりとても信頼がおける方でした。
友達にもおすすめしたいと思います！
