ランチでの訪問です。日替わり定食を注文しました。 市内には和食屋さんが数多くありますが、その中でも岸がみさんは高級料亭の腕前を庶民的な料金で提供してくれるお店です、と初めから絶賛しておきます(笑) 日替わり定食ですが、オーダーすると早速サラダがやってきます。サラダはレタス、水菜、人参、カボチャ、タマネギなど野菜の種類が豊富なものを醤油ドレッシングで。これだけでも丁寧な仕事ぶりが伺えます。天ぷらはエリンギ、白身魚、ナス、レンコン。揚げたてのアツアツです。煮魚はメバル。味付けはアッサリしていて好きなお味。刺身はカツオと湯引きされたサワラ。茶碗蒸しはシイタケ、銀杏、かしわが入っていてこちらも美味しい。お味噌汁は白が強めの合わせに冬瓜とお豆腐、ネギ。そしてツナサラダ。季節の食材をしっかりと使っているのも好感が持てます。 出来合いの食材や冷凍物を揚げたり温めててんこ盛りで出すお店とは天と地ほどの差を感じました。これで1280円はかなりお得ですし、どれも美味しくて丁寧に作られています。最後に杏仁豆腐(こちらも手作り)とアイスコーヒーまで付くなんて更に驚き。 店内はカウンター10席ほどと小上がり、お座敷があります。駐車場は10台程度でしょうか。お昼時は主婦に人気のお店のようですが、夜になったら酒好きのおじさんが集まっていることでしょう。カウンターの向こうでは大将が小気味よく調理をされています。その姿を見るのもまた楽しいです。 常連になって大将と仲良くなりたい!強く感じたお店でした。

It is also good to use seasonal ingredients well. I felt the difference between the heaven and the earth and the store that fried and cooked ready-made ingredients and frozen foods and served them in a full scale. 1280 yen is considerably advantageous by this, and all are made deliciously and carefully. ランチを頼んだが、日替わり定食が8個しかなく、11時30の開店にいったのに完売。 他のメニューはエビフライ定食1550円と天ぷら定食1550刺身定食1900とかあるが、全て単品にセットがついてくるのみです。 それなら断然日替わり定食の1450円で天ぷら、煮魚、刺身がついてくるのが、いいので、日替わり以外なかったら行く価値はありません。そして、座席は風が通っててとても寒く、あまり美味しくも感じませんでした。 もう少し、頑張ってください。

はじめて連れて行ってくれた地元のお店でしたが、外観も店内も丁寧なお仕事を楽しめるお料理も高級料亭の雰囲気しかないのに、心地よい時間を過ごせる素敵なお店でした。 扉を開けて入ると、美味しい香りがお出迎え。 入って直ぐ右手に落ち着いた座敷席が2つ。 カウンター席が10席ほど。 カウンターの後ろにも小上がりがあります。 天井の高さと明るく広々とした空間が印象的なオープンなキッチンと仕事をされる店主のかたに目を奪われます。 私たちは予約なしだったので、カウンター席が空くまで座敷のほうで楽しませていただきました。 メニューを眺めると決して多いとは言えないけれど、選ばれしものといったかんじの、どれもこれも食べたい、食べてみたいものがいっぱいで魅力的でした。(ランチメニューもとても気になりました。) 先ずは、生ビールにあわせて「お刺身の盛り合わせ」「天ぷらの盛り合わせ」をお願いしました。 ◉ お刺身の盛り合わせ 大好きなお刺身、これがとても美味しかったです!目で見て艶としなやかなハリがあり、口に入れると内側からは素材の良さがあり、表面は丁寧な包丁仕事が伝わる食感に直ぐ感動しました。 素材の良さだけでなく、その切り方ひとつで味や舌ざわりが変わってくると思うのですが、それを納得させてもらえます。シンプルなお刺身は特にそれですね! ◉ 天ぷらの盛り合わせ アツアツの天ぷらは衣はパリッと中はフワッと。つまらない表現しかない(笑)けど、自分のサクサク音と相手のサクサク音で何倍も美味しくなるんですよね! 食材ひとつひとつの香りと味がふわふわと鼻をくすぐって楽しくって美味しかったです。天つゆも食材の味わいを楽しめるほどの濃くなく控えめでした! ◉ イカ団子 これには驚きました!押し返してくるほどの弾力の強さと甘みと旨味の強さが行ったり来たり(笑)練り物てきにも思えるけど、まるで別物、イカの魅力しか感じない初めて出会ったイカ団子です。 ◉ 馬赤身ヒレ刺身 赤身なのに溶けてしまうほど滑らかで柔らかく、モチッモチッした食感、噛むたびに肉らしい味わいと濃厚な旨味が他で食べるものとは桁違いの"馬さ"でした(笑)熊本で食べたものとも違って新たな美味しい馬の刺身に出会えました。 ◉ 鮪カマ塩焼き 大好物のコラーゲンたっぷりです! 少しレアくらいでも食べられる新鮮さなので、まるで肉のステーキを食べてるような感じも味わうことができました。 ぶりっぶりジューシーな脂の美味しさは、見た目以上にクドさはなく、ボリュームも満点超えでした!お酒のラインナップも素敵なので、ぜひ今度は日本酒を合わせて食べたいです。 選ばれた食材の鮮度の良さや美味しさは当然のこととして、どれを食べても楽しくて、とても綺麗な「お料理」ばかり、ひとつひとつ大切に、丁寧な仕事ぶりが味にでる、しみじみ美味しいお店を地元で発見できました。少し特別な日や大切な人との時間などにオススメです! お料理以外のことでは、お店の方も親切でとても良い食事の時間を過ごすことができます。 もうひとつ、女性なら気になる飲食店の御手洗いなのですが、こちらは男女共有です。広々として落ち着く色合いで綺麗にされていて気持ち良く利用できました。ありがとうございました。 またオネダリして連れてきてもらいたい、そんな楽しみなお店が1つ増えて嬉しいです。ご馳走さまでした。

店内、とても綺麗でした。 コロナ対策もしてあり安心してお食事できました。 お刺身御膳を食べました。 ちょっと私には物足りなかったです。 茶碗蒸しめちゃ美味しかった(^^) 他、イカ団子と鯵フライを食べましたが どちらも丁寧に作ってあり美味しかったです。 またお邪魔したいです。 ご馳走さまでした。
