お客さんの利益よりも自分たちの利益が最優先なお話の仕方をされます。表面的には親身になり、こちらのことを考えて下さっている風を装っているので、知識が少ないとそのままお話に流されて行ってしまうでしょう。ネットが普及した今の社会で、この会社の社長のようなお話の仕方に信頼を抱ける方は少ないのではないでしょうか。
情報弱者かネットが見られないご老人であれば信頼をしてもらえるのかもしれませんが、私は信頼することができませんでした。
