運営委託先が変わったのだろうか。たいそう感じが良い。
All facilities are available to residents outside the city. Just a little extra. The bathing area is also clean.
Did the management contractor change? It feels very good.

11月後半からイルミネーションあり！
去年よりも場所が拡大されていて、光のトンネルや撮影スポットがありました！すごく綺麗です！
There is a quiet and long slide during the day.
Illuminations will be available from the latter half of November!
The place was bigger than last year, and there were tunnels of light and shooting spots! It's very beautiful!

こじんまりとしていますが、なかなか良かったです。
I heard that there are illuminations at Kirakuyama Fureai Hill.
It's small, but it was pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 満鉄の機関車が保存されているが、銀色に塗装され、屋根がないのであちこち錆びて朽ちてきている。大変残念な保存方法。
解説板などもなくなぜここに満鉄の機関車が展示してあるのかも不明。
The locomotive of Manchuria Railway is preserved, but it is painted silver and has no roof, so it is rusted and decayed here and there. Very disappointing storage method.
There is no commentary board, and it is unclear why the Manchuria Railway locomotive is on display here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 満鉄のSLはマニアの方にはレアらしいですが、今回はイルミネーションを見に行きました。広い場所ではありませんが無料ですし、お子さん連れにはオススメです。
Manchuria Railway SL seems to be rare for maniacs, but this time I went to see the illuminations. It's not a large place, but it's free, and it's recommended for families with children.

夜桜見物しました。
意外にも数家族しかおらずほぼ独占。
周辺に灯りもないためライトアップされた夜桜トンネルが幻想的でした。

I saw the cherry blossoms at night.
Surprisingly, there are only a few families and it is almost monopoly.
The illuminated night cherry blossom tunnel was fantastic because there were no lights around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A park with many different areas. There's a kids play ground area, and flower/tree garden and other lawn areas. There are several facilties located in the area too. I think this would be a nice place to visit during late spring to autumn when you can see more beautiful flowers and colors
