c	chi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日11時着席。11時30分頃からチラホラ地元のサラリーマンのお客さんが来ました。オーダーはミックス丼（ヒレ、エビ）。20分程で来ました。甘味はあまりないソースカツ丼です。あっさりしていて、くどくないので食べ飽きません。エビは衣が若干多めに感じました。女性ならこの量でも少し多いかな？ごはん、キャベツは少なめがいいかも。 Seated at 11:00 on weekdays. タ	タカ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめて利用させて頂きました。店内は明るく、店員さんも愛想良く雰囲気は良いです。名物のソースカツ丼は私は頼まず、好きな卵とじカツ丼（通常のカツ丼）を注文しました。肉が厚いのと味は良いですが、少し肉が硬い部分があり、個人的にはもう少し肉が柔らかい方が好みなので残念です。味噌汁は◎、他にもカレー、ラーメンのメニューがあり店内でも注文されている方がいたので気になります。また駒ヶ根方面に行きましたらリピート致します。 I used it for the first time. m	m miyake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソースカツ丼がメインのお店。店内はモダンな和食店のような感じで思ったより清潔で静か。注文したのはソースカツ丼。並ソースカツ丼とは豚肉の厚さが違うだけでおおよその見た目は同じになると思われる。分厚いロース肉だが、中までいい具合に火が通っている。ただ個人的には並で良かったかなと思う。ソースはあっさりしており、ご飯にたっぷりかかっていても見た目ほどクドくない。味噌汁は甘い信州味噌。名古屋の八丁味噌で育ってきた自分にとっては塩分が足りない。だからといって八丁味噌だとご飯が足りなくなるのでこれで問題ないが。 The main restaurant is Sauce Katsu Don. 旅	旅んちゅ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.10.23。夜の時間、オープン直後に訪れたが店内はほぼ満員、地元の方々がほとんどという印象。注文して待つこと20分ほど、ソースカツ丼と、ミックス丼&ラーメンが運ばれてきた。ソースはかけられているのか？見た目にわからないけど、しっかりと旨い！ソースの向こうに、豚の旨味もしっかり味わえる。ソースで食べさせるカツ丼店とは違う類のお店であった。セットのラーメンもさすが老舗の味。出汁の聞いた醤油ベースに縮れ麺。流行りに流されない優しい味だけど、カツ丼に邪魔されず、邪魔せずの逸品。カツ丼屋さんのラーメンも最後のスープまで美味しくいただきました。日本全国にソースカツ丼を御当地グルメとするところは沢山あるが、その中でも「きらく」間違いなく上位にくるお店でした。これからの私たち二人の旅に、ソースカツ丼の食べくらべという楽しみがひとつ加わりました、感想はもちろん星5つです 2021.10.23.
