★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 亡くなった父の口座手続きでお世話になりました。対応してくださったかたはとても丁寧で、わかりやすく話して下さいました。調べて頂いたら支店が異なり、別支店にお世話になることになりますが、とても気分良く帰ることが出来ました。
I was taken care of by the account procedure of my deceased father. The person who responded was very polite and spoke in an easy-to-understand manner. If you look it up, the branch office will be different and you will be taken care of by another branch office, but I was able to return very comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口座を作りに来店したら管轄が違うと案内された。以前、近いからと、橋本支店で娘が口座を開こうとした時に中央区で、と言われたので私はどちらも同じ距離だったが居住区で選んで行ったのにまさかの橋本で、とのこと。銀行のホームページに書いておくべき。年甲斐もなく、苛立ちを態度にだしてしまった。情けない。大嫌いな銀行になりました。星は0です。
