特段難しい内容でもなく窓口もそれほど混んでいませんでしたが
90分以上待たされました。
駐車場出入口も軽自動車用と思われるほどの狭さで
運転が不慣れな方は自動車で来ない方が吉です。
遠くても世田谷区役所へ行かれた方が良いかと思います。
