★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは、自分との戦いかな。頭で考えてやるより、スタジオで体を動かすのも良いしね。普段肩回りとか動かしてなくて動かしたら体が、ここち良かったですよ。
I think this is a battle with myself. It's better to move your body in the studio than to think in your head. I didn't usually move around my shoulders, but when I moved it, my body was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一応普通のスポーツジムですが、いったい？何をしに来ているかと思う程、常連客が従業員とお喋りしてます。?適度な距離感は必要です。
私はマイペースに勝手にしてましたが、ジム内での派閥や人間関係を拗らせて辞めていった人を何人か見ました。?サークル活動かよ。
生半可な気持ちで安易に入会しても長続きはしないので目的意識を持って入会しましょう。
It's a normal sports gym, but what on earth? Regular customers are talking to employees so much that they wonder what they are coming to do. ? You need a good sense of distance.
I was at my own pace, but I saw some people in the gym quitting because of factions and relationships. ? Is it a circle activity?
Even if you join easily with a half-hearted feeling, it will not last long, so let's join with a sense of purpose.

お風呂もシャワーもありロッカーも大きいので使いやすいです。
脱衣所の壁備え付けのドライヤーは以前からの常連さんが居ると待っていても一人の人が連続で使って…待ってる人に対して『向こうあいてないの、あっち使って❗』と怒鳴っているのを数回みました。
皆が使うものなのでお互い様とか思いやる心とか持ちたいですよね。ご年配の方々なので余計に情けなく思いました。

The dryer on the wall at the dressing room is used by one person in a row even if you are waiting for a regular regular ... I've seen you several times.

休会手続きが前月10日までは早すぎる。過ぎたら対応してもらえないが、コロナの感染状況が不明確なのに、10日までに来月から休むかどうかなんてわからない。
一回も行かずに月謝だけ取られた月が何度かあります。
