Both adults and children can enjoy it. The children are calling "I had fun! I want to go again!". The instructor also kindly taught me. It is also recommended for adults as it is a good exercise.

トランポリンの数が少ないので、譲り合って使います。運動不足のためすぐ疲れて1時間がとても長く感じました笑
冬場でも汗をかくので半袖の方が丁度いいかもしれません

Since the number of trampolines is small, we will use them in a compromised manner. I was tired immediately due to lack of exercise and felt that one hour was very long lol
Short sleeves may be just right because you sweat even in winter

It is a trampoline studio where both adults and children can easily go. My kids love it too and I've been addicted to it lately. On Saturdays and Sundays, we recommend that you make a reservation before you go.
