H	Hiroaki Seki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務所ではなく休憩室として借りている会社が入っており、若い人たちがどんちゃん騒ぎしてうるさい。ゴミも廊下や階段に普通に捨てている。何度か注意をしたが効果無し。かなりの大手企業なのだが、そこの本社へ苦情を入れても、その場だけの謝罪。元々が昔、東京会計(立志社の前身)という専門学校の校舎(確か6号館)として建てられた建物だったためか、給湯室が無い。お茶を沸かす水を汲む&使い終わったカップを洗うには、特に後者はトイレの手洗い場を使うしか無い。三階ベランダが喫煙所になっているが、利用者が扉を完全に閉めずに吸う為、外から吹き抜ける風によって、館内禁煙にも関わらず全体が常にたばこ臭い。特に一階の貸会議室が外部に貸し出される日は酷い。扉を完全に閉めるよう注意書きの貼り紙がされているが、どうやらここの喫煙者は字が読めないようだ。要は環境はお世辞にも良くないのだが、安いは安いから割り切って借りるのなら有り。 There is a company that is rented as a break room instead of an office, and young people are noisy. Especially the day when the rental conference room on the first floor is rented out is terrible. A note has been posted to close the door completely, but it seems that smokers here are illiterate.
