The tagline is On Demand Solutions but nothing could be falser advertising - the staff adopt the most rigid and unhelpful approach to their customers, offering precisely the opposite of problem solving. The issue is NOT a language barrier, it’s an issue of plain and simple unwillingness on the part of Kinkos staff to be helpful if doing so requires moving slightly outside their standard formula of service. Take your business elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

I don't know why but printing was too slow I think is because files had Korean fonts with b4 size. Anyway It took a long time so many customers who are late than me left the store because of delay. (After they renovated the interior of the store, they have only one printer) Staffs were constantly checking me and my printouts while I was printing and it makes me suppressed. How could staff push their customer because they are using their unbelievably slow printer. I would never go there again.
