★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宮島では、フェリーの桟橋から厳島神社までの沿道に多くのもみじ饅頭の製造販売店がある。いくつかの店に入ってみたもののどこにするか迷う。桟橋までの帰路ではこの店が最後の店。ということでここで購入することとした。他の店と同様、店頭のブースで焼き作業が行われています。店内に入ると誰もいない。ブースの方に目をやると女性の店員と目が合うが反応は鈍い。手を挙げるとようやく動き出す。所定の位置に着いても無言の対応。5種セットの購入を告げたところ、チーズと〇〇と☓☓はまだ出来ていなとのこと。作り置きしないのは良いことのように思う。定番のこし餡とつぶ餡のにする。皮に甘みがあり、あっさりした餡とよく合う。物は美味しいが、愛想がない店。

おすすめは、ボリューム満点のチーズもみじ?です。
出来たてを食べて下さい。
次の角（右）に、木村屋がもう一軒あります。
クリームチーズもみじ?がありますので食べ比べて下さい。
もみじ饅頭?は、駅やデパートでも買えますが、店が限られます。チーズは、なかなか置かないです。
チーズは、日持ちしないので、宮島で頂くのがベストです。あんこは、店の味の違いがわかりにくいのですが、チーズもみじは、ハッキリわかりますよ。
店では、遠慮なく１つだけ買って下さい。
まず、半分に割ります。ちーずの色味、大きさを見て、次に、味、饅頭の皮の甘み、しっとり感を感じて下さい。カップルでしたら、半分わけで良いと思います。全店回ると、腹が太ります。財布にも優しいです。
値段も90円から店毎に違いますますが、チーズはやや高めの設定です。
お土産も、駅より、宮島で買う方が、新鮮です。
市内でしたら、やはりデパートです。デパートは、返品が早いのです。充分な賞味期限があってもです。
話が変わりますが、揚げもみじは絶対に食べて下さい。
家でも作れます。ホットケーキミックスを使います。
ただし、ホットケーキのつもりで、ドロドロに解くと巨大ななあんドーナツになりますから注意です。天ぷらみたいに、サラサラにさらっともみじ饅頭を通して、揚げて下さい。カリカリですごく美味しくできます。カステラのもみじでも、Okです。お土産が余ったら、ぜひ試して下さい

300円で中身の入ってないもみじまんじゅうが8個くらい入ってて中身入りが2個くらい入ってます！
時々中身が入ってるのが多く入ってる事もあり、当たりを引いた時は嬉しいです♪
お店のケースの上にありますが、ある時とない時とあります。
