★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのささ身唐揚げのレモン和えが美味しくて買いに出かけますが、いつも売り切れでなかなか買えません。たまに買えたときは硬くてよく噛まないといけませんが、ビールのアテに最高です。
The fried chicken with lemon is delicious and I go out to buy it, but it's always sold out and I can't buy it easily. When you buy it once in a while, it's hard and you have to chew it well, but it's great for beer.

I like the chicken here the most. Whenever I go to Gero, I always buy it and go home. It has garlic and goes very well with beer.

今回は、センマイも買って来ました。これまた、ムッチャ美味しかったです。また、近いうちに寄せて貰います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿泊した旅館のスタッフさんもおすすめ飛騨牛専門店で、ショッピングセンターピアにある精肉店です。ロース、モモはじめ飛騨牛の色々な部位が揃えられていました。値段は地元ならではの提供価格なのではないでしょうか。
購入したのは「イチボ：g1030円」「モモ焼肉用：g1020円」「トモサンカク：g1280円」 「モモ切落し：g768円」「鶏ちゃん国産モモ：g195円」のお肉類と唐揚げでした。
飛騨牛は焼肉にして食べましたが、イチボ、トモサンカクは脂がのって溶けるような柔らかさでした。焼肉用のモモ肉は程よい脂乗りで柔らかく、お肉本来の味が分かり美味しかった（好みがあると思いますが）。
切落しはすき焼きにしてみましたが、肉の風味がよく出てこれまた美味しい。
唐揚げは一ガーリックの香りがして、1個が大きい。香りからパンチのある味と想像するも、反して優しめどちらかと言うと甘めかしら。
お肉を購入する際、お店より保冷剤を頂きました。旅行に出る時はクーラーボックスを持ち歩いているので助かりました。それでも足りそうになく、同ショッピングセンター内やましげ（スーパー）で氷を購入。帰宅する6時間保冷できました。

I bought "Ichibo: g1030 yen", "Momo roasted meat: g1020 yen", "Tomosankaku: g1280 yen", "Peach cut off: g768 yen", "Chicken domestic peach: g195 yen" and fried chicken.
I ate Hida beef as grilled meat, but Ichibo and Tomosankaku were so tender that they melted with fat. The peach meat for grilled meat was moderately fat and tender, and the original taste of the meat was understood and delicious (though I think there is a preference).
I tried sukiyaki for the cut off, but the flavor of the meat is good and it is also delicious.
The fried chicken has a garlic scent, and one is big. I imagine it has a punchy taste from the aroma, but on the contrary, it is kind and rather sweet.
When I bought the meat, I got an ice pack from the shop. I was saved because I carried a cooler box with me when I went on a trip. Still, it didn't seem to be enough, so I bought ice at the Yamashige (supermarket) in the same shopping center. I was able to keep it cool for 6 hours when I got home.
