厚みが普通のトンカツの4倍、横幅が丼を越境する、揚げ加減が完璧、まるで欠点がない。（中途半端に300円トンカツにしないほうが良い、肉の質が違う気がする）
しかも、トンカツの肉の種類が選べる。お客が望めば肩ロース、バラ肉のトンカツが可能。肉が厚いため揚げるのに30分かかる。そのため電話で注文して取りに行くのがスマート。駐車場はない。
