最初に串焼の見本を持ってきてくれます！
変わり種もありどれも美味しそうで目移りしてしまいました。
また行きたいお店です。

コロナ禍の中にもかからわず、夜遅くまでやっている飲み屋さんで大変助かりました。
こちらおすすめは野菜を豚バラでくるんで焼いた野菜串で、とても美味しいです。特にレタス串(1本450円)は絶品。串の値段としてはかなり高額ですがそれだけの価値があります。
また、それ以外の料理も全て美味しい上にボリュームもしっかりあって満足感が非常に高いです。
値段は少し高めかとは思いますが、男女二人で飲み食いして1人4000行かないくらいです。
味を考えればちょうどいいと思うぐらいの価格設定かと。
どうしても20時に閉まるお店が多い中頑張って運営してくれているので応援も兼ねてまた行きたいです。

柔らかいけどフレッシュさが残ってるミニトマトの肉巻きのうまさ…同じ系列の渋谷のお店でいただいた時から大好きすぎて。
その他、アスパラ串とキャベツ巻き串とすき焼き串を食べました。すき焼き串は黄身を絡めて食べると、ほんとにすき焼き。苦い春菊までちゃんと入ってて、ちっちゃいすき焼き。
アスパラ串とキャベツ巻き串は共にフレッシュでスッキリしてます。ただ、苦味などは一切なく、甘みたっぷりの野菜を使っているなぁと。
あと蒸しタンはすごく柔らかい。柔らかすぎるw これは少しだけコッテリとした感じがするかも。わさびをつけるとさらに絶品。
そぼろ丼はホクホクしていて、香りからしてやばい。お腹いっぱいなのに食べてしまった。
そして、〆のフォンダンショコラ。冬の豊かさを感じました…
ここの系列（みんな名前違うけど）は、ほんと元気がすごい！！店員さんの元気がすごい！！
渋谷で3店舗行ったけど、元気！！！
その中でここ吉祥寺のお店は、丁寧さと気楽さが特徴的に感じた。対応の時の距離感の完璧さも非常に良かった。
地下のお店だが、非常に広い。他の席から見づらくなっている広めのテーブル席10席近くあった？もっと？さらに、カウンター席も多数すぎる。
で、それぞれが広くゆったりできる。ここは渋谷のお店とは違うところですね。渋谷は狭くてみんなでわいわい！って感じ。
ここ1番好きだなぁ……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜の17時に予約してきました。時間帯的にガラガラで予約しなくても大丈夫だったかな？と思いましたが、18時に近づくに連れてドンドンお客さんが、他にも予約者多数のようで、満席となりました。
野菜串焼きはどれも美味しくもつ鍋も絶品。他にも食べたいメニューがたくさんありましたが、お腹いっぱいで、また機会があれば来たいと思います。店員さんも、入店退店時に靴やコートを出し入れしてくれたり、もつ鍋の出来具合をチェックしてくれ取り分けてくれたりと、お店の雰囲気も良かったです。
