★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １０年近く前に何度か別の店舗を利用したことがあり、今回久しぶりに来店しました。
肉の質、見た目、味、全てにおいてレベルが下がったと感じました。
他の方のレビューにもあるように肉はピンクではないし、炭焼きでもない、牛たんもハラミステーキも柔らかいけれど味はない。柔らかくなる酵素を含んだ液につけて柔らかくしたような印象でした。テールスープも旨味は薄く、塩気も少なかったです。
キッチンで焼いている音も匂いも気配もなかったのですが、本当に炭焼きなのでしょうか。以前食べた時は、メニュー写真にあるように炭火焼したたんをスライスして中がミディアムレアになっており、とてもおいしく何度も通いました。
値段は決して安くはないですし、もう二度と利用することはないと思います。心からがっかりしました。
 I used to use another store several times almost 10 years ago, and this time I visited the store for the first time in a while.
I felt that the quality, appearance, and taste of the meat had all dropped.
The meat isn't pink, it's not charcoal-grilled, and the beef tongue and skirt steak are tender but tasteless, as others have reviewed. I had the impression that it was softened by soaking it in a liquid containing an enzyme that softens it. The tail soup also had a light taste and was less salty.
There was no sound, smell, or sign of baking in the kitchen, but is it really charcoal? When I ate it before, as shown in the menu picture, the charcoal-grilled tan was sliced and the inside was medium rare, which was very delicious and I went there many times.
The price is not cheap and I don't think I'll ever use it again. I was really disappointed.

After all beef tongue is Rikyu. I am satisfied with the tail soup (* ^^ *) It is delicious and I want to go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛タンをちゃんと楽しめますが3枚6切定食で1782円です。牛タン自体がちょっと高いこともあるが、美味しいという事実は変わんないですね。
You can enjoy beef tongue properly, but it costs 1782 yen for a set meal of 3 pieces and 6 slices. Beef tongue itself can be a little expensive, but the fact that it's delicious remains the same.
