現在はanjr(九)に間借りしている週末限定のパティスリー。メニュー表は無く、数種類のケーキから好みのものを選ぶ。ポーションが大きいのが嬉しい。デコレーションも、季節に合わせて桜をあしらったり、見応えも充分、タルトシトロンメレンゲを頂いたが、タルト部分にこれだけきちんと酸味を効かせているものにはなかなかお目にかかれない。メレンゲはしっかり甘みがあり、レモンの後味が爽快。お店の方が作り出す雰囲気と相まって、素晴らしい場所となっている。今後自前店舗への移転の話もあるそうで、ますます楽しみだ。

A weekend-only patisserie that is currently rented to anjr (9). There is no menu table, and you can choose your favorite cake from several types of cakes. I'm glad that the potion is big. As for the decoration, I treated the cherry blossoms according to the season, and I got the tart citron meringue, but I can hardly see anything that has such a proper acidity on the tart part. The meringue has a strong sweetness and the lemon aftertaste is refreshing. Coupled with the atmosphere created by the shop, it is a wonderful place. There are talks about moving to their own store in the future, so I'm looking forward to it.
