★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of our favorite curry places in Tokyo! We always come to eat here when we visit Kichijoji. The curries are rich and hearty, the nan is enormous, and the owners are really kind and enthusiastic people.

First time, I bought bentou and it was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive, specially the lady. I wouldn't recommend going inside.

Not cheap (1000 yen for a curry, nan not included) but the quality is unparalleled. -1 star for the higher than preferable prices, and being below street level. Your phone won't work here and there's no way for people who can't do stairs to get in. However you can get carry out. All in all, the best place on the chuo line to treat yourself to curry.
PS: they have mango, melon and strawberry lassi, awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is absolutely delicious. Obviously Family business and the family is really nice and attentive. The sweet lady chased me down half the block to give me back my wallet which I forgot at the restaurant (it had a decent amount of money in it). It was freezing and she didn’t even think to put on a coat. Highly recommend.

The hostess speaks serviceable English which is very nice because that is not always the case in japan, but most importantly if you like this kind of food, it is as good as you will ever have. I highly recommend the tandoori chicken. It is the best chicken I’ve ever had. I ate here back to back days it was so good!
