も	もとちょ男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きちんとしてます。ランチ利用 11:40頃に入りましたが、まだ席には余裕がありました。食べてるうちに埋まって来たので、12:00台には一杯になるのかも知れません。皆さんのクチコミで、塩っぱいと知りながら、程度を確かめたくて「担仔麺」を注文。なるほど塩っぱいですね。注文する時に薄くする様にお願いしたらいいですかね。あと量も多いと書いてあったので、大盛(50円増。良心的)にするのはやめておきました。白いご飯があるといいのになとは思いましたが、腹一杯にしたくなかったので、聞くのをやめました。自分はラーメンだけでちょうどいいお腹の膨れ具合です。具など、作りはしっかりしています。麺は黄色くて中細のちぢれ麺で、あまり見ない感じ。ちょっとジャンクっぽい食感で、アジアっぽいです。特筆すべきは、塩っぱいのに、中華料理などを食べた後になる調味料焼けというか、舌が痺れるような感覚がない事です。おそらく化学調味料の量が少ないからだと思います。接客は丁寧で感じが良く、他に食べたい料理があるので、食べるまでは通いたいと思います。坦々麺ちょっとしょっぱい。麺系はしょっぱめのようです。魯肉飯美味し。角煮ゴロゴロ。 It's neat.
