値段は決して安くはないですが、味に関しては間違いないです。お酒か安かったら言うことないですが、そのおかげで客層がいいと思われます。

水曜日の夜19時半頃に入店。店内はほぼ満席。 だいたい全ての串を食べたが全てレベルが高く、特にレバー火加減が絶妙でした。キュウリの和え物も○ ワインはメルロー多めのフランスワインをいただきましたが、品揃えもこだわりがありそうでした。 職場からも近いので、通ってしまいそうです!

火入れが絶妙で、素材の良さを引き出すのがとてもお上手です。 新橋の名店鶏繁さんで、修行なさったとお聞きして納得しました。 団子が秀逸で、頬張ると肉汁が口中に溢れジューシーで堪りません。繋ぎは使わず南部鶏100%を上手く纏めてあり、鶏繁さんの団子より食感も良く好みです。 鶏皮も素晴らしい。外はカリッと、中は滑らかなクリームの様な食感で、どうしたらこうなるのか。他の串もハイレベルで外れはありません。 鶏刺しから、串はアラカルトで〆の鶏そばまで、ワインボトルを入れても、2人で16000円でした。 美味しい食事をした満足感があり、色々と食べ歩かれた方にはお勧めです。

結構吉祥寺でも食べ歩いてきましたが、『吉祥寺でおすすめは?』って聞かれたら、ジャンルを問われてなければ圧倒的にこちらをおすすめしています。何を食べても本当に美味しく、接客も良く、居心地の良い綺麗なお店です。
