T	Tezo Ruka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性スタッフに対応していただきましたが、商品について聞いているのに、取り扱いの注意点に対して「大事にあつかっていただくことが前提なので」とだけいう店員はどおかと思いますよ。買う気満々だったのに、対応が悪すぎて買いませんでした。まるで購入するなくらいなの勢いでした。こちらが聞きたかったことは、素材がこうだから洗濯はNGですとか、手洗いの押し洗いでとか、食器に関しては陶器なので取扱いを気をつけてほしいとかの注意点を聞きたかったんですが。それは作家さんが作ったものを大事にしたかったから聞いたんです。本当に腹がたちました。ずっと購入を考えていて、できれば全種類ほしいと思わせてくれるような雑貨でしたが、この店員のせいで買う気が薄れたとともに、接客業って本当に大事なんだなと考えさせられました。いつもだったら、気にせず買うところこんな気持ちになったのは初めてです。作品が素晴らしいのに残念なスタッフさんです。 I was asked by a female staff member, but I'm wondering if there is a clerk who asks about the product but just says, "Because it is a prerequisite that you take good care of it." a	akepon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回はギャラリー展示会目的での来店でした。多分こちらにひと月前に投稿されている方と同じスタッフさんかもしれませんが…とても残念な接客です。接客にもなっていません。入店しても事務仕事から離れず、こちらの質問にもとてもそっけない態度でした。織物について尋ねましたが、カウンターから出ても来ませんでした。金属のカゴにディスプレイされているものがあり、編み目がカゴに引っかかって取れにくいものがありました。編み物や織物を載せるならば、先に布を敷いておくなど配慮が必要です。せっかくの作家さんの作品なのに扱いが残念すぎです。商品は店舗、オンライン含めてリピートしております。全国から素晴らしいものが並んでいます。店のコンセプトも作り手も素晴らしいです。しかし、お店の商品と、来ていただいたお客様を大切にしなければ本末転倒です。かなり以前に来店時にはこのような印象はなかったので、何か変わられたのかもしれません。品物も少なかったのでオンラインが主になられたのでしょうか。ギャラリーの方は、主催者さんの作品や作り手への愛が溢れて居心地よく丁寧な接客でした。こんな次節ですが、やはり直接手に取ってもらえて嬉しいとおっしゃっていました。ありがとうございます。マジェルカの店長さん。もったいないので、スタッフさんの教育は再考された方がよろしいかと思います。障害があってもなくても変わらず大切にすべきことがあると思います。ファンなのであえての苦言で失礼します。 This time, I visited the store for the purpose of a gallery exhibition.
