★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二回目の利用です。木曜日の夕方に二人でお邪魔しました。以前は無かった盛り合わせの説明書きが増えており、コロナ禍で大変な中での工夫が感じられました。以前食べて美味しかったホルモンの盛り合わせと天肉、冷麺を注文しました。お肉の味は勿論、このお店を知ってから冷麺はここ以外では食べなくなりました。お酒の提供ができない状況にご苦労されていることとは思いますが、頑張ってください！また行かせていただきますね。

冷麺が食べたくてランチで訪れましたが、席についた途端「土日はランチセットやってません。食べログとかのレビューに昔の記録残ってるんですけど今はないっす」とつっぱねたお返事。それなら週末ランチなしの旨を店舗情報に書けばいいのに…。
座った手前、焼肉を食べるかと単品の肉を注文しようとすると「ホルモンのセットが基本なんで。」と。どうやらホルモン盛りの注文が必須らしい。そんなこと書いてある？説明がなくオーダーが分かりづらい。
で、オーダーが終わると「南口に系列店があるんですけどそっちは昼も麺が食べれます」って、オーダーする前に教えてほしい。
美味しくもないキャベツの千切りがお通し。
七輪を持ってきたら「メニューどけてください、いやもっと」と態度がすごい。
メニューに冷麺ミニしかないからミニを注文したけど、後から他のお客さん用に通常サイズの冷麺を作っていて、あるなら言ってくれればいいのに。最初に冷麺食べにきたって言ったの聞こえなかったかな？
愛想は悪いのに「飲み物追加大丈夫ですか？」と、原価の低いドリンク追加だけ確認してくる感じもちょっと浅ましい。
後から来たグループのお客さんは、オーダーしようとすると「全員揃われてから注文聞きます！」とオーダーさせてもらえず。
その方達が後におすすめを聞いていたが「メニューに印ついてるやつ全部です」とその店員が答え、「その言い方イラッとしちゃうな」と怒られてました。やっぱそう思うよね、と同感。
確かに美味しいけど、こんな気持ちで食べたら美味しいものも美味しくありません。もう再訪はありません。
こんなご時世ですし、ワンオペも大変なんだと思いますが、それにしても最低限の心遣いは欲しいです。

ホルモンは豚のいろいろな部位がタレで絡めてあり臭みも無くかなりのボリュームです。
昼から呑む酒に最高のあてですね。
生キムチ、センマイ刺しなどフレッシュな美味しさ。
牛肉はタンやロース、カルビなど定番から、厚切りハラミや牛ホルモンも多数ラインナップ。
当日のオススメに、尾崎牛のカイノミ、ホワイトアスパラがありました。
仕入れにより珍しいメニューもあるようです。
旧トンカツ屋をほぼそのままお店にしたので、少々煙いですが、レインコートを貸し出ししてくれるようです。

この界隈、朝の10時30分から営業している焼肉店は他にありませんでした。
店内はカウンターが6席ほど、テーブル席が2脚であり、バーの様にも思えます。
メニュー表は２枚あり、はっきり言ってわかりづらいです。
わかりづらさをザッと説明すると、焼肉は単品もありますが、ホルモン系の白セットと赤セットが基本らしく、セットの中身がなんだかわかりません。
量も１～２人前の小セット、２～３人前の中セット、３～４人前の大セットになっていて、２人で利用した場合、どれだけの量があるのかわからないので質問すると、店に１人しかいない店員さんからは「メニューに書いてあるとおりです。」と工夫なく繰り返すだけで、お薦めのアドバイスもありませんでした。
後から来たお客さんも店員に何度も聞いていたので、理解できなかったのは私だけでないと安心しました。
営業トークのアンバランスさに些か吹き出すほどでしたが、愛嬌として、焼肉は美味しくいただきました。
いわゆるホルモン焼きは絶品で、脂が口いっぱいに広がる美味しさでした。
焼肉の他、時節柄、カレールー等のランチタイム狙いのメニューも記載されていましたが、値段は高めの設定であり、お酒の提供がないなか、ソフトドリンクにお通し代を加えるところに世相を感じてしまいました。
何かと大変でしょうが、頑張っていただきたいと思いました。

若い店長がアルバイトさんと切り盛りをしていますが、お肉は抜群に美味しくて安いです。
ドミナントで近場にもお店を系列でやっていることもあり、立地、料理、メニュー構成、ドリンク共にこの価格で出しているのは素晴らしいです。
特に、厚切りたんは必ず食べた方が良いと思うほど厚切りで美味しく、個人的には生キムチと、混ぜナムルがとても好みです。
レモンサワーや、ビール、まっこりボトルと、飲みすすめてしまいます。
店内は少し狭いですが嫌ではない方は満足度高いと思います。
ぜひ一度行かれてみてはいかがでしょうか。
