★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過日友人より、岡山県の新見美術館で『はしもとみおさんの彫刻を鑑賞する機会があって感激 したよ。』との話を聞いていたせいも手伝って、9月25日今回別件にて東京に出向いて来たものの、 武蔵野市立吉祥寺美術館にて、そのはしもとさんの作品の展覧会があるとの事を耳にし 是非にと足を運ばせて頂きました。将来の夢のひとつに獣医を目指しておられた様ですが、粗削りにみえて繊細な動物を表現した彫刻や、じっと眼を見ていると犬や猫ちゃん達が 、今まさに何か語り掛けてくる様なデッサンなど、作品ひとつ一つに”はしもとみお”さん の動物に対する愛情や悲哀が見事なまでに感じられ、つい自身も体験し心に負い目と疚しい 気持ちを未だに持ち続けている、後悔の残る愛犬との別れも克明に思い出さされました。 あの頃何をしあげるべきだったのか、なぜしてあげれなかったのか？『ごめんね。』と 自問自答を繰り返すばかりです。動物好きな方、身近にいた動物を亡くされた方、これから 動物との生活を…と考えている方、どうか一度ご覧になって下さい。もの言えない小さな 動物のかけがえの無い命の尊さについて、思いを馳せる絶好の好機になるに違いありません。 今回特に怯えた様にしっほを下げ、そして悲しそうにじっと見つめる白色の犬の壁に 掛かったデッサンは、展示場中心の秋田犬わさおの彫刻以上に私には印象深いものが ありました。本当に良い機会を有難うございました。あっそうそう、武蔵野市立吉祥寺美術館の口コミでした。公共の展示会場とあってこの時期は特にコロナ感染の対策に力を入れておられました。検温、連絡先の確認、会場の人数監視、手指の消毒、マスク着用案内など考えられる点は全てされている様でした。安心ですね、流石です！感謝です。｡◕‿◕｡
 A friend of mine told me at the Niimi Museum in Okayama Prefecture, "I was deeply moved by the opportunity to appreciate Mio Hashimoto's sculpture. I went to Tokyo on September 25th for another matter, but I heard that there is an exhibition of Mr. Hashimoto's work at the Musashino City Kichijoji Art Museum. I came to hear it by all means. It seems that he was aiming to become a veterinarian as one of his dreams for the future, but when he was staring at the sculptures that expressed delicate animals as if they were rough-cut, dogs and cats were talking about something right now. Mio Hashimoto's love and sorrow for animals is brilliantly felt in each of the works, such as the drawing that seems to come, and I regret that I have experienced it myself and still have a guilty feeling in my heart. I was reminded of the farewell to my remaining pet dog. What should I have done at that time and why couldn't I? "sorry. I just repeat myself asking myself. For those who like animals, those who have lost animals close to them, and those who are thinking about living with animals in the future, please take a look. It must be a great opportunity to think about the irreplaceable preciousness of life of a small animal that cannot be said. This time, the drawing hanging on the wall of the white dog, which was particularly frightened and stared sadly, was more impressive to me than the sculpture of Wasao Akita in the center of the exhibition hall. Thank you for a really good opportunity. Oh yeah, it was a review of Musashino City Kichijoji Art Museum. Since it is a public exhibition hall, we focused on measures against corona infection during this period. It seemed that all possible points such as temperature measurement, confirmation of contact information, monitoring of the number of people at the venue, disinfection of fingers, and guidance on wearing masks were done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「はしもとみお木彫展」に行ってきました。ワサオくんのチケットが可愛らしいなと思っていたら、目の前にド〜んと鎮座してました…ww
さて、企画展の会場自体は狭いのですが、エントランスからすべてを使って世界観を出されていました。ここの美術館は、こじんまりしているが故に見せ方が暖かいというか手作り感があるというか…なんかいいんですよね。コピス吉祥寺という商業ビルの7階にありますので、ちょっと立ち寄るのもいいと思います。常設展、企画展合わせても400円です。また、ミュージアムショップは単独で利用できるのも良心的ですね。絵葉書、クリアファイル、ハンカチなどこの美術館オリジナルのものも揃ってますので、お土産にもちょうどいいです。

By the way, the venue of the special exhibition itself is small, but I used everything from the entrance to get a view of the world. The museum here is so small that it looks warm or handmade, isn't it? It's on the 7th floor of a commercial building called Coppice Kichijoji, so it's a good idea to stop by. The total price for permanent exhibitions and special exhibitions is 400 yen. It is also conscientious that the museum shop can be used independently. Postcards, clear files, handkerchiefs, and other original items from this museum are also available, making them perfect as souvenirs.

訪れた時やっていたのは『土田圭介 鉛筆画展』。こういった美術館・博物館て結局、催しが自分の趣味にマッチしてるかどうか？が問題なのかもしれませんが300円ならハズレでも損しないかなと思います。気軽に観れるし、もしかしたら新しいジャンルとの出会いがあるかも？
いろいろ言いましたが、土田圭介さんの作品･･･私は大好きです。
Admission is (certainly) 300 yen.
When I visited, I was doing "Keisuke Tsuchida Pencil Painting Exhibition". After all, do these museums match your taste? May be a problem, but if it's 300 yen, I think it won't hurt even if it's lost. Feel free to watch it, and maybe you'll meet a new genre?
I said a lot, but Keisuke Tsuchida's work ... I love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice place for me since I like unusual artworks and wanted to cover some free time in the district of Kichijoji. The entry fee is minimal and it won't take much time so it's worth visiting. The entrance is easy to miss because it's surrounded by so many different shops, so look attentively for the colourful signboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely museum nestled among the shopping and dining options in Kichijoji. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit-- it is not large, but the exhibitions blended modern and traditional arts and included fantastic artists. It is a lovely museum and well worth the visit.
