江戸時代の豪商紀伊国屋文左衛門が京都の伏見稲荷から御礼を拝受して祀られた由緒ある神社です。

境内に浅間神社があるのは中田さんの影響。
東京メトロ東西線 門前仲町駅から徒歩10分程度の距離。
