★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3週間で納品され、その際には電話で入荷の連絡をしてくれるとの事でした。3週間以上経っても何も連絡がなく、いきなり商品が送られてきました。不親切です。

機械で足を計測し、そのサイズでいくつかのデザインを紹介され、履いてみて、購入するという、オーダーメイドの要素はどこ…？って感じの。私は勧められるのがどれもキツキツだったので購入は見送りました。
裸足で計測して、ストッキングで履くようなパンプスばかりなので、靴下を履いて靴を履きたいから靴下で計測してほしいと言うと店員さんがフリーズしてました。（結局裸足でしか計測してない）
予約して行きましたが店員さんに全然把握されておらず、なんのための予約だろうと疑問に思ったのと、店員さんが知識がなく自信なさげだったのも印象的でした。

Because the pumps are barefooted and worn only in stockings, the clerk freezes when I say that I want them to be measured with socks because I want to put on socks and put on shoes. (After all we measure only with barefoot)
I made a reservation, but the clerk was not at all aware of it, and I wondered what the reservation would be for, and it was also impressive that the clerk had no knowledge and was confident.
