阿	阿部繁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴事態はそれなりのモノです。接客が適当すぎる為、気分を害します。試着して、新品の確認して購入しました。家に帰り空けると試着品でホズレや傷があるものが入っており交換対応をお願いし店舗にて交換して頂きました。傷当の確認をして持ち帰り翌日履くとなんだかサイズが合わないが革のため馴染むまではと思い1日履き家に帰り、箱を見ると最初購入したサイズよりワンサイズ上のモノでした。謝罪も殆ど無かったので、こちらの店舗に何かを求めるのは諦めます。何度か購入したことのあるブランドだったので購入しましたが、こちらの店舗はかなり酷いかと思いますので、購入はおすすめしないです。 The shoe situation is a decent thing. The customer service is too appropriate, which is offensive. I tried it on, checked it for a new one, and purchased it. When I got home and vacated, there were some fittings that were misaligned or scratched. We asked for replacement and exchanged it at the store. When I checked the scratches and took it home and put it on the next day, the size did not fit, but I thought it would be until I got used to it because of the leather, so I put it on for a day and went home, and when I looked at the box, it was one size larger than the size I originally purchased. There was almost no apology, so I will give up asking for something from this store. I bought it because it was a brand I had bought several times, but I don't recommend buying it because I think this store is pretty terrible.
