住宅街にポツンとあるお蕎麦屋さん。昭和の香りがする店です。味は普通だけどメニューたくさんあります。

平日午後1時頃、丼ものが食べたくて入りました。店内に他の客はおらず、ゆっくり食べられると思ったが、後からわらわら入ってきたリーマン諸氏十人ほどがほぼヘビースモーカーという最悪の事態に。ご飯少なめで頼んだけれど、それでも残してしまいました。喫煙推奨店。

ちょっとわかりずらい所に有るかと思いますが、手頃な価格で美味しいですよ? 昔ながらな感じです。 セットのミニカレー?が美味しいです。 お蕎麦屋さんでは有りますが次回は、カツカレーにいってみようと思います。

稲荷が無くともオニギリはやめておけ。 冷やしたぬきとオニギリ2個を食べる。 蕎麦のコシはなかなかあり、表面もアッサリしており茹で過ぎてないのが良い。蕎麦香は少なめだが、蕎麦湯は並程の濃さ。かき揚げが載ってたと思う。なかなかボリュームがあって良い。多分ニハチ蕎麦だろう。 たぬきの天かすは、シニャっていて天麩羅の歯触りは期待出来ないな、と思った。 オニギリは、2個200円の激安品質。海苔が炙ってない焼き海苔で、米飯の水分を吸って噛み切れない。米も古米だろうか、割れて砕けるようなチャーハンかお粥用の品質だった。中身はよくあるオカカと昆布で味もよくあるものだ。 コロナでお稲荷さんを辞めてるとの事だったが、五目稲荷なら米質は誤魔化せる。お稲荷さんなら古米でも、噛みきれないオニギリよりは幾分気分が上がる。 -- そばは茹で過ぎ、うどんは無コシ かき卵うどんとお稲荷さん2個を食べる。 オミクロン始まり初めの頃に再訪。お稲荷さんは復活していた。もちろん注文した。 かき卵うどんは、餡かけ卵とじうどん。餡は掛かってるだけでスープ全体が餡という訳ではないが、うどん1玉がギリギリ入る器みたいで餡とスープを混ぜる余剰がない。仕方なく熱々の餡を絡ませてうどんを食べる。 ここの温かい麺類を食べてわかったことは、ブルーカラー向けの味付けでホワイトカラーには少々塩が強い。しかし出汁はしっかり感じる強いスープ。 温うどんはコシはないが、めとろあんの鬆が立ったような冷凍うどんとは違って、麺の密度はそこそこある。はなまるのようなうどん屋のうどんではなく、普通の蕎麦屋のうどん。 温そばも別の機会に食べたが、こちらは茹で過ぎ。食べていて伸びるんじゃなく、食べ始めからして麺の形がボヤけた印象。硬めと言ったら硬くしてもらえるんだろうか? 助六寿司のお稲荷さんは薄くてコメが甘いが、ここのお稲荷さんは油揚げが少し厚くて甘さ控えめ。米はそんなに良いモノじゃないけど、オニギリの時よりは美味しく食べられる。きつねうどんの油揚げと同じ食材のようだった。 実は他にもミニ牛丼を注文していた。+400円だ。その辺のコンビニ弁当並みの価格なのはどうかと思うが、仕上がりは上々。スキヤキ丼なんかではない七味の合う吉野家牛丼風の紅生姜付きだ。タマネギはよく煮込まれてて、カッカッカッと掻き込んでペロリ。 全体的に「よくある町の蕎麦屋」でとりわけ「食堂志向」が強く「料理の質は味付け派」で、素材をとことん活かすハナマルのような店とは違い、麺類+合わせオカズのバリエで楽しませる店だ。 ただし、そこは町の蕎麦屋だから、かき卵うどんのかき卵を丼にのっけるようなメニュー外オーダーは出来ないだろう。 -- 牛丼単品をたくさん食べたくて牛丼大盛りをオーダー。出てきたのは残念ながらスキヤキ丼。これはこれで美味いが、これを牛丼と言う歴史を感じる一品だ。

2020年11月 平日の13:40頃訪問。木場駅から歩いて10分弱の住宅街にあります。先客はなし。店内は小上がりとテーブルと1列カウンターがあり、けっこうな収容力を有しています。おかみさんが出てきてテレビを点けてくれた。きつねうどん600円を注文し、本棚から美味しんぼを取ってテーブル席で読みながら待っていると、7分くらいで供されました。別皿の白ネギを全て投下してまずはツユを一口いただく。鰹節がしっかり感じられカエシがどっしりとしたやや濃い口のもの。旨味たっぷりで美味しいです。うどんを引っ張り上げるとこの重厚なツユに少し細めの麺が既に薄茶色に染まっている。少し軟らかめだが、微かにもっちりとした弾力があり、喉越し良くいい食感。濃いめのツユを優しく包み込んでいる感があってなかなかに旨い。お揚げは大きめのものが3枚。甘くなくあっさりとした味わい。完飲完食、印象に残る一杯でした。--------------------2020年11月平日の12:50頃訪問。注文はカツ丼880円。待つこと9分くらいで着丼。蓋を開けると蕎麦屋の本格のカツ丼が堂々と鎮座している。まるで「さあ、喰ってみろ」と言っているよう。ガブリといただく。肉厚く、衣も厚い。衣がツユを吸ってぼってりともたつく。それが野暮ったくて旨い。敷かれた玉ねぎが良く煮込まれてくったりしている。これも田舎臭くて快い。ツユはちょい甘辛で、想像よりも若干控えめ。濃過ぎずちょうどいい。量はたっぷり。大盛りレベル。お腹パンパンになりました。この日は月曜日で丼ものは100円引きとのことでラッキーでした。
