★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が広く、店舗内にイオン銀行、ゆうちょ銀行、岩手銀行、東北銀行、北日本銀行、一関信金、のATMがあるためとても便利です。
本屋さん、クリーニング店があるのも良いですね。あとは100円均一ショップがあると言うことなしなのですが…。
正面玄関口外にはアルミ缶、ペットボトル、牛乳パック、食品トレーのリサイクル回収箱が設置されています。
季節になるとどじょうや九州名物の『シロクマ』カップアイスがありました♪

その他にも色んな店舗が入っているので広い店内を見て回るのも楽しいものです。駐車場はやや停めにくい感じと出るのが面倒な感じがしますが気にするくらいでもないかな？
スーパーマーケットとホームセンターが合体したスーパーセンターで便利です。平日の日中はほとんど老人が集まってフードコートは集会場みたくなっていましたが…
