★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくて面白い公園です。きれいな公衆トイレや、海辺の東屋、ちょっと散歩ができる歩道などのんびりもできますが、この公園はあちこちにちょっとしたアスレチック器具が設置してあって、楽しく体を動かせるようになっています。子供やお年寄りでもできる軽い運動になるような動きの器具です。ひとまわりすると、なにかラジオ体操でもしたかのような感じになります。防潮堤の機能も備えているようで、上の通路からは気仙沼湾を見渡せます。
 It's a new and interesting park. You can relax in a clean public toilet, a seaside eastern house, or a sidewalk where you can take a short walk, but this park is equipped with a little athletic equipment here and there so that you can move your body happily. It is a movement device that can be used by children and the elderly as a light exercise. After a round, it feels like you were doing some radio calisthenics. It seems that it also has the function of a seawall, and you can see Kesennuma Bay from the upper passage.
