Y	YuZupon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前主人の母のお誕生日に靴をプレゼントするのに、来店しました。アルバイトの男の子はとても感じが良く会計待ちの間にプレゼントの事を伝え、セール期間でもあったので、定価から20パー引きの旨を付箋かなにかに貼ってくれた様子で次の順番を待って会計はたぶん店長らしき人だと思いますがその人が対応になりました。 40代前半。付箋の存在も気づいてないようでした。カード決済を選択し、いざ会計になった時に思ったよりも金額が高いような気がしたので売り場の値札を見にいき、会計が割引されないままだったのでそれを伝えると、申し訳ありませんの一言もなく、いまやり一旦返品してまた会計しますの一言… しかも悪びれた様子もなく笑顔？そのあとアプリでポイントつけたりイオンカードのポイントカードを渡したりサインをしたりとその間も時間がかなりかかり普通なら申し訳ありませんというところですよね。会計をやり直され、普通の袋に入れようとしてたので、さっきも言いましたがプレゼントなんですけどと言ったら忘れていたらしくちゃちゃっと袋にいれ金具を軽くした程度でわたされありがとうございました…。謝罪の一言もなくこちらはすごい気分悪い。帰路に着く前にレシートを確認したら、イオンカードのポイントをつけ忘れてる始末。アルバイトの方達はとても対応よかったのに、その店長の対応で二度とそこで買うことはありません。もう一回接客対応を1から学んだほうがいいと思いますね。 I used to come to the store to give my husband a gift for my mother's birthday.
