K	Kstech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごくたまに(2~3年に1回程度)利用しますが周りに特に何も無い駅です。恐らく京成地所の土地が多いんでしょうね。でなければバタフライ型とはいえ4本電車が停る構成の駅で快速も停るなんて思えませんし。 I use it very occasionally (about once every 2-3 years), but it is a station with nothing special around. Probably there is a lot of land at Keisei Estate. Otherwise, even though it's a butterfly type, I don't think it will stop fast at a station that has 4 trains.
S	Spinel Yellow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR小岩駅からは結構離れています。北口にグルメシティというダイエー系のスーパーがあり、夜遅くまで開いてるのはここくらい。下町らしい個人商店のお店が多いです。孤独のグルメに出た四川料理店の珍々へは徒歩10分くらいです。 It is quite far from JR Koiwa station. There is a Daiei supermarket called Gourmet City at the north exit, and this is the only place that is open until late at night. There are many private shops that are typical of downtown. It's about a 10-minute walk to the rare Sichuan restaurant, which is a gourmet restaurant for loneliness.

The station itself is a little off the Shibamata highway, and the entrance is hard to understand ? Due to the distance from JR Koiwa Station, it may not be suitable for transfer.
