y	yu ts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1ヶ月ほど前乗ったバスにICカードが入ったカードケースを落とした。降りたところから終点までは4つほどしかバス停がなく、あまり人も乗らない線なので見つかると思ったが未だに見つからず。何度か問い合わせするも、毎度説明が曖昧で、忙しいのにかけてくるなよ感が凄く、しっかり確認してもらえなかった。1週間で保管期間はすぎるとのこと。凄く適当な対応で本当に悲しく不快でした。不注意で電車でも忘れてしまったことがありますが、ここまで対応がずさんで、しかも見つからなかったのは初めてです。電車の時は気づいてすぐ窓口に行くと次停車する駅で確認しますと、親身に対応してくれた。このバス会社はバスが駅に着いたであろうタイミングでも特に調べてくれることもなく門前払い。なんでこうも違うのでしょうか。落し物をした自分が1番悪いですが、こんなにも会社によって対応が違うのかと驚きです。 I dropped the card case containing the IC card on the bus I got on about a month ago. a	atsuko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年、こちらの営業所の近くに住み、通勤でもプライベートでもバスを利用してます。関東バスも通勤で利用してますが、比べると京王バスの方が質も対応も上だと思いますが、一つだけ申し上げたいことがあります。雪が降るといつも思いますが、営業所前、営業所近くのバス停周り、どこも雪かきをしてません。人手はたくさんあると思います。雪かきをしなくても、せめて水をまくとか、していただけないのでしょうか？ I have lived near this office for many years and use the bus for both commuting and private life. I also use the Kanto Bus for commuting, but I think the Keio Bus is superior in quality and response, but I have one thing to say. I always think it will snow, but I don't shovel anywhere in front of the office or around the bus stop near the office. I think there are a lot of manpower.
