店長さんにやってもらいましたが会話には特に嫌な思いはしませんでした。
カット、カラー、エクステ、トリートメントメニューを予約しました。
そのうち追加でブリーチ２回してもらいましたが私の髪は太いのでさほど傷むことはないみたいな発言をされましたがバキバキに痛み肩まであった髪の毛も顎ラインまでちぎれてしまいました。
カラーもムラだらけでとても見て見てと自慢できるようなカラーではありません。
エクステは後日でしたがあまりにも酷いカラーでしたので信用できないと思いエクステも全てキャンセル。 返金していただきました。

I asked the store manager to do it, but I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable with the conversation.
I reserved a cut, color, extension and treatment menu.
I was asked to do additional bleaching twice, but it was said that my hair was thick so it wouldn't hurt so much, but I was screaming, and the hair that was on my shoulders was broken to the chin line.
The colors are also uneven, and it's not a color that you can brag about when you look at it.
The extensions were later, but the colors were so bad that I thought I couldn't trust them and canceled all the extensions. I received a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 顔回りと首回りにクリームをつけられずにブリーチされて、肌に色がつきました。シャンプーするときに顔に何ものせられずシャープされました。接客の態度も悪すぎてとても最悪でした。
I was bleached without being able to apply cream on my face and neck, and my skin was colored. When I shampooed, my face was sharp and I didn't put anything on it. The attitude of customer service was too bad and it was the worst.
