★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文字通りKDDIが業務を行っているビル。毎週日曜日はビルを丸ごとシャッターで締め切っている。よってビル内にあるテナントの北海道、スターバックスやセブンイレブンは終日閉まっているので注意。
Literally the building where KDDI operates. Every Sunday, the building is closed with shutters. Therefore, please note that the tenants Hokkaido, Starbucks and Seven-Eleven in the building are closed all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KDDIのビルですね。日本の大企業の本社が集中する東京丸の内・大手町の中で、相当重要な役割を果たしていると思われます。結構な築年数が経過しているため、ビル内は昭和の雰囲気です。
It is a KDDI building. It seems that it plays an important role in Tokyo Marunouchi and Otemachi, where the headquarters of large Japanese companies are concentrated. Because the building age is quite good, the building has a Showa atmosphere.

オフィスの天井が低くトイレの数が極端に少ないのが難。
洗面所の自動水洗も、水が止まらないで流れ放しもしばしば。
1Fトイレ蛇口がガタガタ、周辺のビルに比べ施設管理が行き届いていない気がする。
一方、共有部の清掃は良い。
現在、エレベーター入れ替え予定で、上下階への行き来が改善される見込み。 各階には自販機が設置されているが、災害対応救援自販機になっていない。 商品販売価格も高め。テナントにとっては寂しい限り。

The 1F toilet faucet is rattling, I feel that the facility management is not well maintained compared to the surrounding buildings.

Currently, it is planned to replace elevators, and the traffic to the upper and lower floors will be improved. Vending machines are installed on each floor, but they are not disaster relief vending machines. Product sales prices are also higher. As long as the tenant is lonely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築30年くらいの屋上にデカいアンテナがあります。さすがKDDIだけあって他社の携帯電波は入りづらいです。意地があるんでしょうね！
