★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼時でとても混雑していたのですが、年配の男性店員の態度がとても悪く、嫌な気持ちになりました。終始無言で、お釣りを渡すときも無言でお札を手にぐいっと押し付けられました。接客のお仕事が大変なのはわかりますし、このような口コミは初めて書きます。他の方は笑顔で対応しているようでしたので、とても残念です。

店舗とビル内の通路を挟んだところに割と広めなイートインスペースがあり、購入した商品を食べることができる。
これほど大きなイートインスペースがあるお店は珍しい。

だが、昼時にレジ員が極端に少ない日がある。ピーク時間帯は適切に従業員を配置してほしい。
それと、スマホの割引クーポンが配布されてきても、電波状況が悪く全く使えない。Wi-Fiは飛んでいるのやら…これは痛い。店内で電波吹いてくれないと、クーポン券は今後も利用出来ない。

時差通勤で早く来るとフィナンシャルシティのビル内のローソンは開店しておらず残業で遅くなるとこれまた閉まってる。24H営業のセブンは助かります。店員さんは多国籍ですが日本人の店長さんが頑張って教育してますので問題ありません。
特に朝はレジが混み合い並びます。
電子レンジが多くあり広いイートインスペースで食事が出来ます?
